Jessica Mowle

Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University in 2017, was admitted to the Law Society of New South Wales in June 2018, and completed a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law) in 2024. 

With seven year’s post-admission experience, Jessica provides a personable legal service in her primary practice areas being Family Law (property and parenting), Wills and Estates (probate, letters of administration, contested estates), and Property Law (Conveyancing). Following several years with increasingly complex and varied parenting issues, in 2024 Jessica became a registered Independent Children’s Lawyer, expanding her representation to include that of children in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

In family law matters, Jessica provides a resolution focused manner when regularly appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and at mediations and dispute resolution events for clients in relation to parenting and property issues that arise following the breakdown of a relationship and family unit. Her experience with property matters ranges from modest property pools consisting primarily of superannuation, to multiple party property disputes involving trust claims.

Jessica is passionate about assisting clients to navigate what has been described as the most difficult time in a person’s life. She works with you to achieve an outcome enabling you to move forward in life, advising and supporting you each step of the way. She has a plethora of experience in dealing with matters that involve allegations of family violence and coercive and controlling behaviour; concurrent Local Court proceedings in relation to criminal charges and/or Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders; special needs or health conditions of parents and children; and a large array of family and relationship dynamics.
