Since her admission in 2004, Jana has been instructed in countless complicated court matters which have involved her appearing in the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia, Family Court, Federal Circuit Court, Federal Court of Australia, Federal Magistrates Court, NSW Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court, and Children’s Court. Attending court is Jana’s passion.
Jana has also acted in many non-litigious matters which entailed the drafting of various financial agreements, consent orders, and other release documents. In each matter she undertakes, Jana attempts to obtain the best possible outcome, as expediently as possible.
