Stephanie McClelland

Stephanie is an energetic, pragmatic and solution driven solicitor. She is recognised for her ability to bring a multi-jurisdictional approach to delivering innovative results. She is client focused and community-minded and aspires to achieve the best results for her clients.

In 2018, Stephanie graduated from University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Science (Majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice). In 2019, Stephanie graduated from the College of Law with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and again in 2025 with a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law and Wills and Estates).

Stephanie practices in the areas of Family Law, Property Law, Wills and Estates, Civil Litigation and Commercial Law. Stephanie is passionate about assisting clients to navigate the most stressful and emotional times of their lives, helping clients to achieve an outcome which allows them to move forward in life. Stephanie provides clear and concise advice and believes in providing a portfolio of legal services, spanning across multiple areas of law and culminating in succinct, comprehensive and strategic legal advice and solutions ensuring the client’s bests interests are always front of mind.

Stephanie has experience in dealing with Family Law and Estate matters involving allegations of family violence, and coercive and controlling behaviour, as well as dealing with a range of relationship and family dynamics and property pools, including large asset holdings and complicated business structures.

Stephani has experience in dealing with NCAT matters, dispute resolution, and residential and commercial property transactions, including commercial and retail leasing.
