Grace Guo

Grace was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in March 2017 and is on the Registry of Practitioners of High Court of Australia. 

Grace has extensive experience in family law matters, including high net worth family asset pool especially with overseas assets, complex matters involving corporate and trusts, multiple third parties, and high conflicts parenting matters involving domestic violence and contraventions. 

Grace provides clear, focused and strategic advice on all aspects of family law and can assist clients who wish to engage in a respectful and family-focused method of alternative dispute resolution. Grace encourages negotiated resolution where possible and is committed to achieving a commercial outcome for all her clients.

Grace also deals with a variety of Wills and Estate matters, including advising on estate planning, drafting Wills involving testamentary trust and life estate, applying for the grant of probate and letters of administration and making family provision claims. 

Grace’s experience also covers business advisory, corporation and trust, property and commercial transactions, commercial disputes and litigations.

Grace provides a full range of commercial services acting for all types of clients from private owners to large corporations, foreign corporations and government corporations, including share and business purchase and disposals and associated due diligence, structuring and shareholder documentation. 

Grace also presents clients in a broad range of commercial disputes and always focuses on a cost-effective strategy and to secure a highest payout.

Grace completed her Juris Doctor (with Distinction) at University of New South Wales. Before her admission as an Australian solicitor, she had already been practicing as a Chinese Lawyer for six years, graduating from Hunan University in China. 

With her approachable personality, professionalism and diligence, Grace has maintained long and strong relationships with her clients, fellow legal colleagues and many individuals and organisations involved in the field, which has created a constant stream of referrals.
