Michelle Sheehan

Michelle joined Longton Legal in 2024 specialising in Employment Law. Prior to her admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Michelle gained over 15 years of experience in human resources and industrial relations. With a Bachelor of Science – Psychology and a Master of Commerce (Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations), Michelle possesses a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour and organisational dynamics. She has a solid foundation in managing workplace issues and fostering positive employee relations. Her previous roles include both local and international People and Culture Management, corporate in-house legal, and consulting for many small to medium businesses gaining insights into corporate governance and compliance matters.

Additionally, Michelle has experience in family law, providing compassionate legal support to individuals during challenging personal circumstances. She is dedicated to advocating for clients’ rights and delivering effective legal solutions tailored to their specific needs.
