Marilyn is highly collaborative and adept at working with a diverse range of professionals including lawyers in a different area of practice, accountants, financial planners, surveyors, town planners, business brokers, agents, financial brokers, and/or anyone else who needs to be consulted so that as a cohesive team they can achieve a comprehensive and effective solutions for clients. She is committed to translating the “legalese” for clients to ensure that the stress of a legal matter is reduces as much as possible, giving the client a positive experience in their matters.

Outside of the legal world, Marilyn is also a sociable person with involvements in various community endeavours.

• Qualifications:

▪ PGrad Dip in Legal Practice
▪ LLM specialising in Intellectual Property, Information Technology & e-Commerce

• Memberships:
▪ Member of the Law Society of Queensland
• Language: English, Bahasa Melayu/Malay, Cantonese (conversational only) & Hokkien (conversational only)
