Admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015, Cicily holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP). She is also qualified in the People’s Republic of China, holding the Legal Profession Qualification Certificate. Her dual qualifications enable her to provide cross-border legal advice and support to clients operating in both jurisdictions.
Cicily commenced her legal career in property and construction law, where she built a solid foundation in contractual and transactional matters. As client needs evolved, she expanded her practice to encompass employment law and broader commercial matters, allowing her to deliver well-rounded, strategic legal support.
As part of our Employment Law Team, Cicily advises both employers and employees on a wide range of matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, terminations, redundancies, award compliance as well as unfair dismissal and general protections claims in the Fair Work Commission. Her experience on both sides of the employment relationship provides her with a balanced perspective, enabling her to anticipate potential challenges and deliver practical, solution-focused advice.
In addition to her employment law practice, Cicily assists clients in commercial disputes and broader commercial advisory work, drawing on her extensive legal knowledge and cross-disciplinary experience to safeguard her clients’ interests and achieve effective outcomes.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is well-positioned to assist a diverse clientele across cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
