Muditha Mahanama

Muditha has completed his tertiary education at Deakin University, Melbourne, and received Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from College of Law in Victoria. He was admitted to Supreme Court of Victoria in September 2021 as an Australian Lawyer to practice law in Australia. He is also an Attorney-at-Law and a Notary Public, admitted and enrolled to Supreme Court and High Court of Sri Lanka respectively since December 2014.
Muditha started his career as a banker and served for two major commercial banks at senior management level before he moved to the legal profession. He is qualified in Banking and Finance and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He initially started his legal profession as a junior property/Conveyancing lawyer in Sri Lanka.
Muditha has gained immense of experience in Australian immigration law and has been working for Australian registered migration agencies and law firms since October 2015 in different capacities. He has experience in many visa categories such as Employer Sponsored visas (TSS/482, ENS/186, and SESR/494), Partner, Parent, Student, General Skilled Migration, Temporary Activity, Training, Citizenship, as well as Sponsorship and Labour Agreements for business sponsors in Australia.
Muditha has also helped many clients to get their Skilled Assessments (both Professional and Trade Occupations) through various skills assessing authorities.
With many years of client experience, both in legal and business sectors, he enjoys working with clients to understand their needs to resolves their visa and migration issues.
Muditha is fluent in both English and Sinhalese.
