Krishlyn is a dual qualified lawyer being who was admitted in Fiji and Australia. In Fiji she started her career with the Legal Aid Commission where she primarily practised in the areas of family and criminal law. She later moved into private practice where she predominantly practised in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance, family law and personal injury.
In 2018, she began working as a paralegal at an immigration law firm in Sydney. In 2019 she was admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales, leading her to collaborate with prominent immigration law firms. She has experience in various visa categories including visitor, student, partner, parent, protection, employer sponsored visas and citizenship applications. She specialises in complex immigration cases such as health waivers, schedule 3 submissions, PIC 4020, no further stay waivers and family violence provisions applications. During her tenure at Ernst & Young, she ventured into the realm of corporate migration where she dealt with TSS, ENS and subclass 400 visas.
Krishlyn has been practising immigration law for 4 years and has also appeared at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in both the Migration Refugee Division and the General Division. Her proficiency extends to the Federal Circuit and Federal Court of Australia where she collaborated with Counsel.
She finds pleasure in bonding with her family, exploring culinary creations and embarking on sightseeing adventures that allow her to establish a connection with the natural world.
Krishlyn is fluent in both English and Hindi.
